Bone Grafting:
• Synthetic or natural bone is added to the weakened jaw area to enhance bone density.
• The integration period typically takes 3 to 6 months before implants can be placed. In some cases, the implant can be placed during the same session, depending on your condition.
Sinus Lift:
• Performed in the upper jaw when bone density is insufficient.
• The sinus is lifted, and bone material is added to improve stability.
Advanced Implant Techniques:
• Zygomatic Implants: Used when the upper jawbone is severely deficient. These implants are anchored in the cheekbone instead of the jaw.
• Short or Narrow Implants: Used in cases with limited bone height or width.
Immediate Implant Placement:
• In some cases, immediate implants can be used if there is sufficient bone density in a specific area, even if overall bone quality is poor.
Press-Fit Implants:
These implants rely on pressure to secure them within the bone, making them a good option when bone volume is insufficient. This technique helps stabilize the implant without requiring additional procedures.
Osteotomy (Bone Splitting):
This surgical procedure is used when the jaw has sufficient height but inadequate width to support an implant.
The bone is split and reshaped to allow placement of the implant in the center, enabling the bone to heal firmly around it.
This is a helpful solution in cases of severe width atrophy and provides the implant with necessary stability.
Does a dental crown or restoration cause bad breath?
It could cause bad breath if the crowns or restorations are old. However, with the latest techniques available in our centers for taking impressions, this issue is now resolved.
The crown or restoration fits perfectly with the gums, without any gaps or spaces.
What is the method for taking measurements?
The measurements are taken using the latest methods with a scanner for better comfort for the patient and 100% accurate measurements.
Do I have to file all my teeth to get a Hollywood smile?
It is possible to apply veneers with minimal filing, just roughening the outer layer of the tooth, but the method is determined based on your condition after examination.
Will the crown look natural compared to the teeth?
The crowns are made in our labs using the latest technology, starting with the scan for measurements, design, and color selection. A trial fitting is done so that the patient can envision the appearance of their teeth and make adjustments easily, ensuring an excellent natural look.
How can I solve the problem of gaps between my teeth?
The examination is done, and the appropriate treatment plan is determined.
It is possible to opt for braces to close the gaps or use permanent restorations such as veneers or crowns.
What is a veneer?
Veneer is the secret to the perfect smile and the "Hollywood look" that grabs attention! It is an ultra-thin cosmetic shell that is applied to the front teeth to give you a bright, symmetrical, and attractive smile in a short time and without pain!
Do I need to file my teeth to get veneers?
In most cases, yes, a small amount of the outer layer of the tooth is filed to place the veneer, which is known as tooth preparation.
How many crowns or veneers are needed to change a full smile?
The number of teeth that appear in the smile is determined through examination, photography, and image analysis. A virtual design is then created using the latest technology so that the patient can envision the final result.
Does the color of veneers change over time?
No, because stain-resistant materials are used, making veneers or crowns a permanent solution for a bright and lasting smile.
What is the difference between veneers and Lumineers?
Veneers are thin cosmetic shells bonded to the teeth after slight preparation. Lumineers are even thinner and can be applied in some cases without any tooth reduction. The best option is determined based on your individual case.
Is veneer placement painful?
Not at all. A simple local anesthesia is used, and the entire procedure is pain-free.
How many sessions are needed to get a Hollywood Smile?
Usually two to three sessions, and the plan can be expedited for patients coming from abroad.
Is the result permanent?
It lasts for many years (10 to 20 years) with proper oral care and regular dental visits.
How much does a Hollywood Smile cost?
The cost varies depending on the number of teeth and the material used, but we offer very competitive pricing for the high quality provided.
Can teeth whitening be an alternative to veneers?
es, teeth whitening is a great option to lighten the shade by 2–4 levels, giving your smile a natural radiance.
However, it only changes the color and cannot fix:
- Gaps between teeth
- Deep or localized stains
- Noticeable color differences
- Asymmetry in shape or size
That’s where veneers come in — they improve the color, reshape teeth, close gaps, and give a completely harmonious smile.
Do veneers affect speech or eating?
Not at all! Veneers are designed with great precision to match your natural bite and tooth structure, causing no negative effect on speech or pronunciation.
In fact, in some cases, cosmetic veneers can even improve the pronunciation of certain sounds, especially if gaps or misaligned front teeth were affecting speech.
Can a Hollywood Smile be done on upper teeth only?
Yes, as long as the lower teeth are not visible when smiling. This is determined during examination and digital smile design.
